Because it will help you align your business goals to your social media activities.
If you are running a business, or you work in the marketing department of a business, you need or have Social Media goals.
In my humble opinion, those goals should be client increasing and revenue increase-centric. They could also be based on client retention by 3a specific percentage.
Irrespective of what your goals are on social media for your business, ministry, or non-profit, the reason that you need to create a social media strategy is that you are looking to obtain a business goal.
Thus, it is crucial that you first and foremost align those goals to your social media content.
Establish your KPIs – key performance indicators that you intend to hit monthly to measure how well your strategy is working towards those goals.
