Are you struggling in building your business online? Be it network marketing or traditional business you need to spread globally…. In today’s episode I introduce what I like to call your Social Media Equity. 

Let’s take a look at the way you’re building your brand or business on Social media.

Are you standing out in today’s EXTRA busy and Social Media noise? See, you have to show up consistently, differently. You have to show up 10x your energy, authentic, with tons of value content or message if you wish to stop the scroll long enough to capture people’s attention.

 

I like to think about my Social Media as my bank account. How much equity have I got in my NETWORK? I recommend you do the same… Here is why!

In the beginning, too many people try to withdraw from an empty account. There is no currency banked into your followers. That currency is Your message, How you show up, what you share, what you choose to consumer.

People don’t know you as “that expert”, or resource. So they only see you as a “Sales man”.

Then you get frustrated because you don’t have the same impact that others like your upline or competitors have.

Let me help you Change your story.

Show up on social like you would show up on a JOB. Consistently, on time, with integrity… All of which take time to build up the trust or currency with your audience!

Your audience needs to get to KNOW you as that new person you are trying to show up as in the digital space. They will then get to LIKE and TRUST you… Or not…

Those that LIKE and Trust You, when you suggest something, they’ll think, 

“It must be good/worth it if she is recommending or promoting it.”

Cliched as it may sound: 

Become the Change You wish to see.

Here is something I learnt the long-hard way:  That on Social Media, you MUST Give First, Freely with no attachment to the outcome. (Took me 18 months to make any progress till I learnt to share for the sake of sharing)

You too, need to have the mindset of: 

“Even if this person never buys or joins my team, I want to help them to make a desired change. I want to know that I’m connecting with them and somehow providing them a solution or value.”

What If you feel like you have no value to share or Give? I would suggest that…

Social Equity – Become an Affiliate

 

Lots of people misunderstand what becoming an affiliate means. If that is you read my article on that topic.

Affiliate marketing is usually unilateral, i.e. you aren’t building a team. You are simply serving “customers” with a specific product/service.

It is a great way to earn extra revenue via commissions, by promoting other people’s products and/or services that you believe in and or have used and trust!

 

I highly recommend an Affiliate Program where you can earn up to 40% commissions from world class trusted products.

Think about it, if you need an extra income and your product isn’t jumping off the shelf, OR you have a pretty good-sized, tuned in, tapped in to you audience; and you ever do videos, then people might be interested in what products you use in our life, business, career etc.

E.g. If you do a lot of beauty shows and you’re in your bathroom with different portions and portions, hair extensions, etc. People could be interested in what works for you.

The same goes for digital products, recipes, health and wellness etc.

Do the above and you will be banking way more and trust me you won’t be withdrawing from an empty or overdrawn account aka Network.

Along with having a Long-term plan with the patience of a Farmer you will reap your harvest sooner rather than later.
