1. There is NO Secret sauce so deal with it…No matter how many courses you buy or gurus you follow, you cannot replace your character. So, Step Up into that leadership role and that I can help you with…And here is how I hack the system and get people talking to me in THE INBOX…that’s where the REAL action is.

2. People need to Feel IMPORTANT so ask for their Advice! E.g. In your social posts: “I need you to Help me…”, “Been thinking about something…” I thought about you the other day, and wondered if I could talk to you about this thing…THE HIGHEST COMPLIMENT YOU CAN PAY SOMEONE IS ASKING FOR THEIR ADVICE! SO, I DO IT EVERYDAY…

3. People NEED TO EXPRESS themselves, so I ask Questions! ABOUT Themselves, people do love to talk about themselves…So, let them Talk about themselves and they will feel great about YOU!

4. People want to FEEL GOOD about themselves, so I compliment them! Compound the compliment by doing it in front of their friends…and social media is a major compounding pool! 

5. People Want to be RECOGNIZED so I give them Credit! Social shout outs, tell people what so n so did for you…

6. People want to Be and Feel WORTHWHILE, so I ask them to help me.

If you work on serving more people more, you will live a much more fulfilled life. So, ask yourself:

“What can I work on to serve people better?”

And the only way to serve people better, is When YOU KNOW what they need. That’s why you ask people the Question:

“How can I serve you?” What Can I do for you today?”

People will tell you very quickly what they need. ? The better you know the person, the better you can serve them…So what am I saying here?

BUILD RELATIONSHIPS! Now that you know the secret sauce to your Life, Business and Career success, esp. with Social media. Which by the way will greatly help your Business goals if you know how to use it. If you dont, you need to get a Coach or buy a Course.

We don’t become self-Aware by ourselves…Other people tell us what they see and we adjust or carry on accordingly. Find out what others see in you, it will help you get better and Serve them better!  Understand that your success is on the other side of Service! 

Achieving Goals – WHATS YOUR GIFT?

What’s that thing you do best that you can do for others, and benefit from it too? Start sharing snippets of that on social and invite people to ask for more info in the inbox.

How can I see more before…?

 #1. Know that there is more and more out there. Think with abundance so you can see more and see it before.

Creativity says; there is always an answer.

Flexibility says: there is more than one answer. These two will help you see more and before others see the answer, meaning that Promotion, Relationship/s, more Results in business etc…

Understand that once you live in abundance, you will find way more answers out there for any question or challenge you ever face, than if you live in scarcity! So…

What do you want to BIRTH in the New Year?

#2. Sit down and write, write until you feel like you have emptied the tank. That book you wanna write, that business you wish to begin, that new career, is it marriage, what do you want? Step out by faith and start doing it…Cast Your Vision.

#3. Develop a Process for finding MORE and more. The process is your key, This, is ADVANCE ATTRACTION! #4. Get around people who have a bigger vision than yours who inspire you to play bigger. If you are the biggest in the class, you are in the wrong class. When you do meet these people ask them, are you a fan or a hater?

How about you read their books, find their videos and watch them, get to know their stuff and write questions down. So, when you meet that person you can have a conversation and You are the one asking questions! You will create your own good luck. that person will be impressed by your preparation!

#5. Intentionally grow every day; you want to increase capacity. The only way to increase your value and capacity is to Keep Learning, Invest in You. So, you can have more to share and help others grow. And if you don’t grow every day, your capacity is out grown. I am excited about growing, so I am open to learning and my vision gets Bigger and bigger…

I am constantly learning and growing. So, I am stepping into and expanding my leadership.
